Alternator Parts. Our client was unable, to prevent the flash during molding
operation. Unableto remove The flashes from the copper surface area of the
molded parts. For the following reasons:

Copper inserts were not perfect. · There was always a leak around the
inserts. · Flash is expected on very parts coming out of the mold. · How
to remove the flash from each molded parts. · Specification of the parts is
tough. · Material cannot be removed from the copper surface. · Only
plastic flash must be removed.

Our client has tried everything they can,
such as tumbling, grinding, scraping, and removing flash from 40,000 pieces per
week was impossible, all of these process were not acceptable to General Motors,
they wanted clean, free of any plastic flashes on their parts. With the help of
the Dynamic Automation, Inc. providing simple low cost, high speed, fully
automated flash removing machine, our client was able to produce 3000 pieces per
hour at the same time meet the quality control specification.
This machine automatically converts cellophane paper
material into fancy shiny bags. Operational procedures Roll of bag material will
be loaded into the machine. Machine feeds the bag material through, forms into a
tube. Cut into the predetermined length of the bags.
Bag Sizes: Machine produce cellophane bags for 2" x 2" to
8" to 18".
Speed: 600 bags per hour

· Operator places the lock into the machine, and press the start
button. · Machine automatically assemble the cam stop. · Assembled cabinet
locks with cam stops will be ejected automatically into a finished
basket.

developed Robotics MIG Welding Machine for welding shopping cart frame
components.
Machine operational procedures:

Operator loads the machine with the frame components, press the
button. · Machine indexes in front of the welding
robot. · Welding robot continuous welding, while
operator loading from the other end.
The machine is
designed to stand of the continuous weld spatter accumulation. Welding spatter
is hot molten metal, sticks, and accumulates over the machine frames and
components.
